Lost all my files and cannot download. I want money back !!!!

So I previously had Music D/L pro & until that update I hate it now but this app actually allows you to search for any song . Basically its like youtube but your own music library

I updated the app and it deleted all of my songs and i cant even download new ones. I do not see the point in this app anymore so i will find a better alternative. Definitley not worth having on my phone. Very angry.

this program is very bad, exactly after the update. slowly and MORATORIUM and i cant download any video.

For a while this app was great, but the recent update not only wiped out my folder, but they also took away the only good feature and the reason I bought it in the first place. I am beyond mad. And I want my money back, Why would I pay for an app like this that I could get for free? I bought your app so I could save videos into my camera roll. Dont waste your time or money on this app.

I updated my app one of the best features taken away was save videos to my camera roll another disappointment to the update no hyperlinks activated and all my videos that I saved her now delete it. This app was a great Abby for the update I like some of the new features they have added but nonetheless I can express how frustrated I am up features that I didnt please listen to everybody that has been giving you a bad rating and bring the speeches back also a side note I did like how you had a cashe section to observeand now I dont know if my videos are downloaded or if Im using my data as long as Im since my and now I dont know if my videos are downloaded or if Im using my data as a long-time user using my iPhone 5 three years ago this app kept bringing in new features that I love now it just seems like you guys took three years a step back

its sooo bad update they deleted all my songs and videos and i cant downloud a new songs its just need sooo much fixes !!!

Zero stars would be too high. App updated and all saved videos were wiped out! What a piece of xrap! Junk! If you buy this app, it wont be long before you regret it. I lost a lot of research and time and effort ... Thanks a lot!

I used to love this app but after the app updated i lost everything and all the best features were gone!

The new update is terrible. I bought this app to download YouTube video music without Internet connection. The download function is completely gone and it is impossible to listen without connection. Even if you are listening with connection, you cant replay songs over again without going back to the app and playing it, even if the replay setting is on. Instatube is awful now. It used to be one of the most reliable and convenient apps for music lovers, now it is annoying and unfunctional. Please bring back the download function or else you may as well get the YouTube app.

Unable to save videos, w the new iTunes update the old version is stripped of download option. Thank you google!!!

Dont buy it because is useless now, you can not download any video anymore.

This is a terrible application. The user experience is confusing, at best. Its interface is poorly laid out, poorly designed, and full of misleading graphics. On top of the questionable design choice of mimicking the iOS home screen with the playlist view, the application has a terrible design flow for finding and selecting videos. The sole redeeming feature of this application was its ability to download and save YouTube videos for off-line playback. Since this feature was removed, the application is basically useless. Its worse than the default YouTube app provided by Google. If you paid for this, I feel so sorry for you. I wish I could rate zero stars.
